OOB - Codes

  Officers The following was provided by Bob Weir.

Officers

L 2 1 239 Col. James J. Pettegrew

L = leader

2 = Command rating - this determines whether he passes his command check. At the start of the turn if the random number generating is less than the officers modified command rating he is In Command and can assist his units in recovering from being D'd.

1 = Leadership rating - if stacked with a routed unit the unit will use it's morale +1 or the officers Leadership rating if it is greater than the units morale value. So a higher Leadership rating means an officer will rally units better.
