Welcome Cadets.  My name is Lieutenant James Weathers Jr. and I am the Adjutant to the Commandant here at the Institute.  I am the records keeper and can assist in that area.  I also am the CSA coordinator for the Lieutenant's Cup Quarterly Tournament.  Like all of the those Officers here at the VMI, I stand ready to serve in any way necessary to complete the mission.
